Join us on October 23- 24 as we bring the season at Skäret to a memorable close with an exclusive culinary experience celebrating one of the sea’s greatest delicacies – lobster. Throughout the evening, we will be serving a five-course dinner accompanied by a selection of snacks.

For our final weekend of the season, we are delighted to welcome two of Sweden’s most accomplished chefs, Joakim Lundblad and Tobias Sundberg, whose combined experience spans more than 60 years in Asian cuisine.
Joakim Lundblad is widely recognized as one of Sweden’s leading experts in Asian gastronomy and is even a world record holder for perfect sushi. Together with Tobias Sundberg- whose career has taken him from Stockholm to kitchens across the United States, France, Greenland and China- they have created a unique menu where the finest Swedish lobster meets the elegance, precision and bold flavours of Asia.

Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a carefully curated tasting menu that showcases lobster through refined Asian techniques and flavour profiles. Expect a culinary journey where exceptional ingredients, craftsmanship and creativity come together in every course.
