At Skärets Krog, the sea, the seasons, and locally sourced ingredients take centre stage. Inspired by the flavours of Sweden’s West Coast, our carefully crafted dishes feature fresh fish and seafood, seasonal vegetables, and handpicked ingredients from the sea, local farms, and market gardens – always with a modern twist and a deep passion for the culinary traditions of Bohuslän.

With the sea as our closest neighbour and a focus on local produce, fresh seafood, and seasonal vegetables, we create menus that celebrate both the flavours of Sweden’s West Coast and the very best of each season.

Here, you can enjoy an exclusive 4-course or 6-course tasting menu, as well as a luxurious à la carte experience featuring everything from snacks and small plates to beautifully crafted desserts. Our menus are created by Thomas Sjögren, together with Linnea Jarnrot and Tim Larsson, with the ambition of creating dishes that both surprise and inspire guests to return.
