Where the prawn sandwich was born in 1931.

At the beginning of Smögen Pier, in the very same premises where the famous shrimp sandwich was born in 1931, everything is still cooked and baked from scratch. Local ingredients, the pantry of Sweden’s West Coast, and views over the harbour – all led by Thomas Sjögren, Swedish Chef of the Year 2015.
